Spago Bachelor Gulch
In keeping with Chef Puck’s guiding culinary philosophy, Spago Bachelor
Gulch will fully engage and implement ‘Wolfgang’s Eating, Loving and
Living’ (WELL)™ program and will include a commitment to sourcing from
local family farmers and purveyors who support the humane treatment of
animals and to offering products that meet the natural, fresh and organic
standards of the company. The Spago menu will be inspired by the
surrounding environment featuring as many ingredients from the area as
possible. Using premier produce, fish and meats, the menu will showcase
healthy and lighter fare as well as select signature game dishes. Reservations
required.
Private Chef
Savor the taste of a meal in the comfort of your penthouse residence with
your own private chef. Chefs will prepare a customized menu with your
favorite flavors while you relax and enjoy. Meals can be customized for
everything from intimate multi-course dinners, to lively celebrations, and
everything in between! At least 48 hour notice is required, more during busy
times of the year.

the heart of the resort.
Zach’s Cabin
On Beaver Creek Mountain - Zach's Cabin is nestled in an aspen grove in the
quiet serenity of Bachelor Gulch. Accessed by sleigh from the great room of
the Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, it is a magnificent on-mountain dining
experience. Chef Tim McCaw's menu is best described as Creative American
Cuisine with Pacific flair, and is enhanced by Zach's Cabin's superior service,
rustic yet elegant interior and inspiring on-mountain location. A recipient of
the Wine Spectator 'Best Of' Award of Excellence, Zach's Cabin is a dining
experience not to be missed. WINTER ONLY. Open for private functions
in the summer.
Splendido
In the Chateau Hotel, Beaver Creek – A contemporary American restaurant
in an Old World setting. Splendido has received numerous awards since its
inception. Honors include an "Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator
every year since 1995, the prestigious restaurant recognition - the Zagat
award, and Four Stars from the national Mobil Guide. Splendido has had
reference in "Bon Appetit", "Southern Living", The New York Times, and an
extensive article in the Wine Spectator by John Mariani in June 1999.
Mirabelle
At the base of Beaver Creek Mountain – It is believed that Mirabelle
restaurant stands on the site of the first home in Beaver Creek. Belgian
Master chef Daniel Joly's unique cooking style has been acclaimed by
numerous publications and institutions such as Wine Spectator, the James
Beard House, Zagat, Mobil, Ski Magazine, and Bon Appetit Magazine. It has the
unique distinction of being one of the Vail Valley's few four-star restaurants.
Grouse Mountain Grill
In the Pines Lodge, Beaver Creek - This upscale American Grill features fine
meats and fresh fish rustically prepared and served in one of the most
beautiful dining rooms in Beaver Creek. Featuring floor to ceiling windows
and sweeping views of the village, the comfortably elegant dining room is
accented with a three way fireplace and outdoor patio. The AAA Four
Diamond award winning food and service ranks first place in American
Regional Cuisine in Colorado in the Zagat Survey and consistently receives
the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
Rocks Modern Grill
In the Beaver Creek Lodge, Beaver Creek – Serving classic American Grill
cuisine with a twist, Rocks Modern Grill combines comfort and style with
great food and entertainment. Located on the second floor of the Beaver
Creek Lodge, Rocks features a casual, upscale dining experience suitable for
the entire family. The menu features classic American fare including
hamburgers, steaks, fish and rotisserie chicken with local and regional
influence on flavor and presentation.
Toscanini
Next to the ice rink, Beaver Creek Village - Toscanini offers Italian cuisine
with a casual upscale dining experience. Watch chefs prepare individual
pizzas, fresh pastas, and rotisserie roasted meats in the open kitchen. Savor
the aroma and flavor of Italian wines specifically chosen for their hearty,
robust qualities. A perfect stop for cocktails or dinner before heading down
the escalators to the Vilar Center for the Arts.
Beano’s Cabin
On Beaver Creek Mountain – An exquisite five course meal prepared to
perfection awaits you. Enjoy a snow cat-pulled sleigh ride up to the Cabin in
winter, or ride horseback or hay-wagon in the summer. Beano's Cabin is a
recipient of an AAA Four-Diamond Award, a DiRoNa Award, a Wine
Spectator Award of Excellence and top marks in the Zagat Survey. A warm
crackling fire and live musical entertainment promise to make this an
unforgettable experience.
Pazzo’s Pizzeria
In Avon or Vail - This hole-in-the-wall is right in the heart of Vail Village or
convenient in downtown Avon. It serves some of the best pizzas in the area,
ready to eat in the dining room or to take to one of the tables outside. Create
your own masterpiece from a list of more than 20 ingredients, or opt for the
cheesy lasagna, the chicken parmigiana, or one of the chubby calzones.
Fiesta Jalisco
In Avon - fresh, real Mexican food with fabulous margaritas and cocktails. A
huge menu featuring large and small combinations, vegetarian dishes, a
children’s menu, and even a few American classics for those in your party
who don’t feel like going south of the border.
Juniper
In the Riverwalk, Edwards – Contemporary “Comfort Fusion” cuisine with
spectacular riverside dining in a city-style bistro. A lively, contemporary scene
with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a sophisticated, detail orientated menu that
still manages to be approachable. Wonderful wine list with an extensive wine
by the glass list.

At The Corner, Edwards – one of the newest additions to the Vail Valley
dining scene highlighting a globally influenced small plate menu that evolves
daily. Unique, hand-picked wine list and great cocktails in a modern, openkitchen

In the Edwards Village Center, Edwards – Nestled in the heart of Edwards,

Rick and Kelly’s is a good casual restaurant. It is owned by the same owner as
Kelly Liken in Vail. The food is casual as well as the environment. It’s a great
place for families.
La Tour

Balata
At the Sonnenalp Golf Course – With panoramic views of the mountains and
valley below, Balata offer some of Colorado’s most creative and exciting

dinner or a group event, the staff at Balata will delight you. For lunch, indulge
in of fresh salads, sandwiches and light entrees. Dinner features eclectic fare

4 Eagle Ranch
In Wolcott – Inside the historic Nelson Cabin (ca.1890), you can enjoy a
warm drink by the fireplace and cider throughout the evening. Later, you can
snuggle up under cozy blankets for an unforgettable sleigh ride or wagon-ride
(season depending) beneath our wide-open sky. Meanwhile, back at the
Cabin, we'll be preparing some of the finest cooking this side of the
Continental Divide with a ‘warm-up’ chili bar and a sumptuous buffet
including steak, chicken and ribs. Throughout the evening, you'll be
serenaded with memorable songs beside an open-hearth fire.
