An Italian Estate that can accomodate as many as 35 guests. Ideally situated in the heart of Tuscany, between Siena and Florence, this villa, owned for centuries by one Italian Aristocratic family, is encircled by spectacular gardens, offering breath taking views of the surrounding countryside. Dating back to 1400, additional construction was added between 1700 - 1800. The whole structure was renovated with loving care during 1996 - 1997.
The main villa is actually 15,000 square feet and the guest house has an additional 4,500 sq. feet. The guest house is located just 50 feet from the main residence.

STAFF: Full time staff of 6 including: 1 maitre, 1 cook( the cook prepares one meal per day), one full time gardener, and 6 maids.

The Layout: The villa is built on four floors making a total of 15,000 Sq. Ft. The Guest House has an additional 4,500 Sq. Ft.

All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and are furnished with telephone, satellite television, air conditioning and safe. Laundry (sheets + towels) is changed once a week and is included in the cost. Telephone and fax, electricity, heating,food and wine are all extra.
