The spacious and open "Palapa" living room, round dining area and old Mexican style kitchen with a clay oven, commands a spectacular view of Banderas Bay. The 13 luxury bedrooms, one double suite and master bedroom with Jacuzzi, fireplace and steam room overlook the pacific ocean.

The Staff
Charming, well trained, and eager to please. They consist of three housemen, three maids, two gardeners, two chefs and a laundress. Their desire is to see that the guests have a wonderful stay.

Food and Liquor
The menus are selected by the guests, and all the shopping is done by the staff on an "at cost" basis; there is no mark-up. An itemized statement of the grocery bill will be presented to the guests the day before departure from the Villa, at which time the bill is paid either by cash or traveler's checks. [Please note: no credit cards or personal checks accepted.] The chefs are trained under American standards, and wash all fruits and vegetables in a purifying agent prior to their storage in the refrigerator.

Water
The estate has its own 50,000 gallon reservoir and purification system.

Electricity
All of the Villa's electric plug receptacles are U.S. standard (AC 110-115) outlets.

Additional Information
An informative information pack, with answers to most questions from arriving guests, such as "what to wear," "what to bring," etc. will be sent to the guests 30 days prior to arrival.
