IL FRANTOIO was originally an olive press and is still today surrounded by beautiful terraced olive groves. Its recent restoration has turned it into a charming and comfortable home (fully heated and air-conditioned) with 4 spacious and well appointed guestrooms each with modern en-suite bath and shower facilities for up to 8 guests.

Ground Floor: Main entrance with hall and staircase, fully equipped Tuscan kitchen and breakfast room, Spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, music system, satellite TV as well as a desk area with computer, printer, fax, telephone and internet facilities, Dining room, Bathroom

First Floor: 4 sunny and spacious queen bedded rooms with beamed ceilings and original terracotta floors each with modern en-suite bath and shower facilities.

Staff/Services: Included in the weekly rental rate are a housekeeper who services the bedrooms and ground floor reception rooms each day (6 days per week), a gardener looks after the grounds and swimming pool maintenance.

Note: There is a 3,000 Euro Refundable Security Deposit.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with the arrival time being after 4:00pm and departure prior to 11:00am.
