The Brazilian Emerald is an architectural masterpiece designed for entertaining and relaxation. It is a 12,000 square foot villa with 5 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and two additional powder rooms for a total of 7 bathrooms.

The living and dining space is ideal for a group of friends, a family gathering or entertaining your business associates. As you enter the room through a rounded hallway, a beautiful curved bar is the centrepiece for the flower petal floor plan offering interesting visual stimuli designed to offer views of the sea and St Martin from any direction.

From the table for 14 to the grand piano, this is a space you will never forget. As you exit the building to the balcony you will be delighted with an 18' x 45' pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi for 12 people. Many special evenings under the stars will be had by you and your guests.

The entertainment floor is simply a dream come true. The views are endless to the Caribbean Sea as well as being able to gaze down to the open area of the living and dining areas. Again, a full bar is the centerpiece to the room flanked on one side by a hand made stainless steel Blatt billiard table and on the other a custom stainless steel and Brazilian wood gaming table. As you move to the back of the area, you will enter the home theatre offering a TV, DVD, Video projector system bringing movies and sporting events to life.

The next floor contains the master bedroom, four guestrooms with additional walk in closets as well as a self contained gym featuring all the newest equipment.

The Master Bedroom is decorated with all the finest amenities. The en-suite bathroom surrounds you with carefully selected Travertine marble placed in this architecturally exciting bathroom with rising ceilings. As you immerse yourself in the Jacuzzi for two you can watch television, listen to music, enjoy the walk-in Shower also designed to accommodate a couple. The skylights create natural lighting and stargazing from the Jacuzzi.

The Master Suite has an attached fourth floor balcony accessed by a private staircase that includes a private bar area, office or an optional crib for babies. The complete wet bar has marble finishes and offers exceptional views of St. Martin and the beach area. The office is complete with a personal computer including Internet access and printer. The office also includes an in villa fax machine to send and receive confidential faxes.

The four guest bedrooms each have direct views of the sea and St Martin and have a full en-suite bathroom swathed in Travertine marble and a specially designed vertical spa system and tub designed for two. Each bedroom has a TV and music system. Depending on the number of guests, each pair of guestrooms can be opened up to a large suite with bedroom and a sitting room.

Relax and enjoy the stereo system throughout the villa on 68 speakers throughout 7 regions with a network music library with thousands of titles. You can listen to Island Music or your favorite song in the Entertainment Area while your travel companion is enjoying jazz poolside.

The villa interiors are highlighted by pieces of art and sculpture from Brazil in addition to the specially designed Italian linens, Murano glassware and silverware forming the small details that make Altamer so special.

The villa has its own dedicated lighted tennis court with basket-ball hoop for those looking for some outdoor exercise to break up the day.

Your villa comes with its own private swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, personal butler with 8 other dedicated staff (chef available if meal plan selected), home theater, state of the art villa sound system, elevator, in villa office with high speed internet connection and wireless access, Caribbean breakfast (fruit, assortment of breads, cereal), cocktail hour canapes, selected beverages (mineral water, coffee, tea). There are 2 tennis courts, with basketball hoops, and 1 volleyball court for the three villas.
