Zenaida Beach & Tennis Estate is nestled on three acres of lush tropical gardens with majestic, sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, and the mountains of St. Martin and St Barts beyond. For tennis players we provide the only Har-Tru soft court in the Leeward Islands lit for playing in the cool of the tropic night.

Villa Flamboyant is the main villa on the estate with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans overlooking the pool, beach and the turquoise sea beyond, and one bedroom cottage nestled in a tropical garden paradise. Only the exterior walls of Villa Flamboyant remain of the original house on the Estate. Now half a century old, it was the first contemporary house to be built on Anguilla .The builder, known by one and all as "Happy Jack", used to sail frequently to Anguilla from St Kitts where his family's roots dated back 200 years. After exploring the island he chose the most desirable location of all on which to build a new home for himself and family, a location from which he could still see St. Kitts on a clear day.

The separate magnificent Great House offers elegant, palatial living with commanding views. It also has the added expanse of double height ceilings, large, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and study with telephone, fax, and high-speed Internet connection. The Great House with its large, modern kitchen provides generously for groups large or small to assemble for the cocktail hour, to dine together, play cards or games, dance or watch cable television.

Villa Lobolly, which is the guesthouse villa, features a large gracefully designed living room that opens to balcony overlooking the sea. The master bedroom is air-conditioned, has a king-size four poster-canopied bed, and private bath. The upper floor balcony banks two air-conditioned bedrooms each with bath, one with queen-size bed and other with 2 twins. There is a complete kitchen as well for the guest's use.

Each of the villas can be rented separately or the whole estate can be rented as a 7-bedroom property.
