Recently restored, the Villa is an aristocratic home of great charm with 11 elegant and luxioriously appointed guestrooms for up to 22 guests.

From the Ground Floor there is a fully equipped kitchen. The Main entrance leading into an extraordinary formal dining room and a salon of comfortable sofas and armchairs with a log fire place. TV room with satellite TV with dual capacity video. Guest study area with telephone, fax, broadband internet access, computer facilities and central music system (CD, radio, cassette and microphone). There are 2 ground floor bathrooms. An italian loggia facing the splendid rear garden, and a stair case leading to first floor.

First Floor: There are 6 spacious well appointed guestrooms (twin or king bedded rooms) each with superb en-suite baths and shower facilities. An outstanding central salon with comfortable sofas, armchairs, satellite TV and everything that can provide a great level of relaxation and peace. Stair case leading to second floor.

Second Floor: There are 5 magnificent guestrooms including a beautifully appointed Deluxe Room that lead to a large dressing room. All the rooms provide en-suite baths and shower facilities.

Outdoor facilities include: Floodlit swimming pool. Barbecue. Outdoor tables & chairs for "al fresco" dining. Mountain bikes

Additional Services at the villa that can be arrranged: Wine cellar and wine tasting: there is a well stocked private wine cellar at the Villa. A professional Wine Somelier can also be arranged to tailor-make a particular wine tasting program for your group. Tuscan Cooking School: Lunchtime or evening cooking lessons with our professional Italian chefs can be pre-booked at the Villa for up to a maximum of 14 students.

There is a personal laundry service as well as arrangements for any specialist dry cleaning requirements. Babysitting service: English speaking babysitters can be arranged. Massages and aesthetic treatment: Massages and other aesthetic treatment can be booked with a professional masseuse who will come out to the villa as and when required. We can also arrange treatments at the nearest health spa in Montecatini, Monsummano Terme, S. Giuliano, Tirrenia, etc.

Itinerary planning & Booking service: For a small booking fee, we can assist in planning your stay with us from organizing guides, tours, transport and drivers, organization and catering for special events, etc. Only a 10 minute drive from the medieval walled town of Lucca, the villa is an ideal base for exploring the delights of Tuscany.

Discover the heart of renaissance Florence within an hour drive, immerse yourself in the bustle of market day at Pistoia or marvel at the splendors of the Torre Pendente in the Campo Dei Maracoli at Pisa (both only 20 minutes away), lose yourself in the narrow winding streets of Lucca, trundle through Chianti country, Siena, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni, and adventure through the dramatic cliff clinging villages of the Cinque Terre (all less then 1 1/2 hour drive).

Please Note: Chef is on duty for breakfast and dinner. If you would like the chef to prepare lunch, please request this service from the managment in advance.

Note: There is a 5,000 Euro Refundable Security Deposit.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with the arrival time being after 4:00pm and departure prior to 11:00am.
Christmas and Easter Rates available upon request.
