Casa del Fattore is a gorgeous example of Tuscan country-house and it is part of an outstanding 16th century estate. This superior, luxurious villa is set in a beautiful highlighted park at the slope of a hill and surrounded by orchards and olive groves. There is a spectacular panoramic view of the vineyards and olive groves of the Tuscan countryside below.

Fully air conditioned, Casa del Fattore has 8 spacious and charming guestrooms with en suite bathrooms and shower facilities, and will sleep 16 people. This villa is the perfect place for gatherings of families and friends!

Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, formal dining room, lounges with fireplace and satellite TV, conservatory, and two ground floor well appointed bathrooms.

First Floor: Five king or twin bedded guestrooms each with superb en suite baths and shower facilities, fully heated and air-conditioned, telephone, hairdryers, bathrobes and pool towels.

Second Floor: Two king or twin bedded rooms and 1 master room, each with superb en suite bath and shower facilities, fully heated and hair conditioned and equipped with telephone, hairdryer, bathrobe and pool towels.

Staff/Services: Maid service and chef services for a continental/buffet breakfast each morning and either lunch or dinner each day (6 days per week) are included in the weekly rental charge. A gardener looks after the grounds and the swimming pool.

Please Note: Chef is on duty for breakfast and dinner. If you would like the chef to prepare lunch, please request this service from the managment in advance.

Note: There is a 3,000 Euro Refundable Security Deposit.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with the arrival time being after 4:00pm and departure prior to 11:00am.
