This exquisite six/seven bedroom, gated 7,000 square foot seaside property sits on a 3.5 acre landscaped estate. The villa combines natural beauty with quiet elegance while offering unrivaled views across the crystalline Caribbean Sea to the mountains of St. Maarten . The villa's protected harbor with boat dock and small private cove are located directly in front of the Villa. The adjacent coral reef offers some of the best snorkeling opportunities in Anguilla.

The spacious living room located on the upper level area opens to two walkout terraces and stunning views. Amenities include 42" flat screen TV,Bose sound system,DVD collection and office area.

State of the art Kitchen fully equippeed with brushed stainless steel appliances housed in Miele cabinets with extensive granite work tops.

Choose to dine at either the indoor formal dining area or outdoors near the pool.

Three bedrooms are on the upper level. The master bedroom has a King size bed, private terrace and amazing views. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds ( a 3rd twin bed can be added to accommodate young children, please call for rate).

On the lower level there are 3 additional bedrooms two of which have King Size beds and the last has 2 Queens Size Beds. Note To enter the last bedroom(#6) you must walk through the connecting ensuite door from bedroom #5. This makes a great family suite. All of these bedrooms have incredible views and sliding glass doors that lead to a terrace with the exception of the last bedroom.

On the lower level you will also find a self-contained suite with a private entrance, kitchenette and Queen size bed.
All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning, fans, flat screen TV/DVD players and stereos.
