This new custom 6500-square foot home tucked away at the foot of the Baja Peninsula has four spacious bedrooms plus a fully-equipped apartment, each with its own Mexican-tiled bath, outdoor covered terrace, TV, DVD player, and spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. There are two bedrooms with king beds, one with a queen, and one with two doubles. The kitchen comes equipped with commercial quality 6-burner cook top, oven, ice maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and trash compactor. Filtered water is provided through a reverse osmosis filtration system.

In addition, the attached apartment has a private entry and its own terrace and view. It contains a fully-equipped kitchenette, as well as two twin beds/king bed option and TV.

The living area has a game table, dining room, and plenty of seating for guests in front of a magnificent stone fireplace. The state-of-the-art media room contains a 60-inch TV, DVD player, VCR, CD player, and laser disc player complete with a 200-disc movie library. For your convenience an office area is available with computer, printer, fax machine, and DSL high-speed internet access. There are several notebook computers available for your use as well that are part of a wireless network. For those guests who prefer to bring their own laptops, there are modem hookups with high-speed internet access in each bedroom. A long distance vonage phone system is available at no extra charge.

There is a 15x40 foot infinity edge heated pool and Jacuzzi. You can relax by night around the gas fire pit or by day under the palapa with hammocks and hanging chairs. There is also an outdoor kitchen/barbecue area with professional stainless steel barbecue, bar, and outdoor dining space. Play ping pong, foosball, air hockey, or enjoy a game of pool on the outdoor pool table. Take the stairs to a private beach where you can spend an afternoon in the sun beachcombing and swimming, or just take a walk a mile down the beach to the famed Palmilla Hotel and enjoy a safe and swimmable breakwater lagoon on the way.

Other amenities, such as groceries delivered to the casa, traditional Mexican cook, golf, 4-wheeling, water sports arrangements, spa services at the casa, etc., may be negotiated at an additional fee.

Casa TAZ is located in one of the most exclusive areas in Los Cabos, less than 20 minutes from the international airport. This private home is conveniently located along the 20-mile corridor that connects San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.
