Swimming pool of unusual 'rainbow' shape 75 ' long 16' wide. Jacuzzi featuring waterfall into pool. Entire eastern side of pool has a waterfall effect. Large uncovered deck perfect for entertaining, with three seating areas suitable for dining under the stars. Lounge chairs around pool. Water pond and fountain on northern end of deck.
Stairs lead down from deck to small secluded cove with excellent swimming and snorkelling. Circular foyer with very high ceiling. Sitting area leads to large covered patio which runs entire length of villa. Coral stone stairway with ornate wrought iron railing leading up to upper level.
Covered patio facing West overlooks pool, deck and ocean. Consists of two sitting areas and dining table which can seat up to 10.
Formal sitting/living room leads to formal dining room (both rooms open to patio, pool and deck). Circular dining table (with special ceiling lighting) can seat up to 10.
Study just off of dining room. Two bedroom suites downstairs, both with walk in closet and en-suite bathrooms and both open to covered patio.
Recreation room with large screen TV and satellite. Has own bathroom. Bathroom equipped with a steam shower. Upper level corridor overlooks central foyer and opens on the East to a minstrel's balcony which overlooks the driveway. Upper corridor opens to a covered balcony facing West which runs the entire length of villa with wonderful views of the pool deck and ocean.
Master Bedroom suite consists of large bedroom with a separate dressing room and bathroom. Bedroom and bathroom open to covered balcony. TV with satellite TV.
Two other bedroom suites located on upper level, both with walk in closets and en suite bathrooms. Both open to balcony with expansive views of pool deck and ocean.
Lower Level: Large open area suitable for table tennis, storage etc. Contains water tanks, laundry, men's staff quarters and back up power generator.

COTTAGE: Consists of two storey building on the grounds of Cove Spring. Air-conditioned sitting room. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. Balcony downstairs with 6-seater dining table overlooks garden. Located upstairs are Master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking garden.

KITCHEN: Main House Expansive kitchen with granite work tops and custom built cabinets. Sub-zero refrigerator and deep freeze. Two ovens, cook top, microwave, dishwater, Ice Maker, 4 standing glass fronted chillers. Butlers Pantry; Ladies staff quarters; Central vacuum system. Cottage: Well equipped kitchen containing 2 fridges, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster. Washer and dryer. Children by special arrangement only.

STAFF of 8: Butler, cook, 2 maids, laundress, gardener, night watchman.

BEDDING: Main House;Master Bedroom: Four poster canopy king size bed; Bedroom No 1: 2 Double beds; Bedroom No 2: King size bed; Bedroom No 3: King size sleigh bed; Bedroom No 4: Four poster king size bed;
