The villa, which first came to life with its former owner artist Clavel, is famous today for its distinct and unique characteristics. Torre—ideal for privacy and perfect for outdoor living—is spread over multiple levels, all connected by open-air paths hewn from stone. Surrounded on three sides by water, the villa has incredible light streaming through every window.

Living Space:

Torre (Unit 1)
Ground Floor: Renovated kitchen overlooks beach below (can be used by guests—cleaning of this area is not included in the rental cost).
Second Floor: Spacious and light-filled living room has windows with views stretching towards the village and sea coast. Three seating areas can accommodate up to 12 people. Working fireplace, dining table with six chairs, small fridge for drinks, satellite TV and CD/tape player.

Porticato (Unit 2)
Ground Floor: Long, tiled dining portico with wood table (seats 11) offers breathtaking day and night views of the town of Positano. Intimate sitting room, comfortable for six people, opens to the dining portico. Newly renovated kitchen with spacious adjacent pantry. Arched glass doors lead to covered terrace and washing machine.

Le Sirene (Unit 3)
Third Floor: Bright and breezy living/dining room with three large windows facing west and access to a small terrace. Sitting area with bamboo couches and chairs for five and a round table for four. New corner kitchen with granite counter top and stools for a casual meal at the bar.

Torre (Unit 1)
First Floor: 1 queen bedroom with fireplace and en suite bathroom with tub and handheld shower.
Second Floor: 1 single bedroom* with private balcony and bathroom with shower.
Third Floor:1 large queen bedroom with en suite bathroom with double sink and tub with shower.

Porticato (Unit 2)
First Floor: Bedroom/library with 1 single bed facing the main terrace. 1 king/twin bedroomBedroom/library with 1 single bed facing the main terrace. 1 king/twin bedroom shares with the single room a beautiful bathroom with tub and double sinks. 1 small guest bathroom. 1 king/twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with stall shower. *A/C in adjacent living room keeps this bedroom cool.

Several terraces perfect for dining and relaxing al fresco. Private access to a public beach (can only be reached from the villa's private staircase or from the water). Towels, mattresses and umbrellas are provided. There are unguarded terraces and drops at the property so child supervision is strongly recommended. A stair lift is available to assist those with walking disabilities up to the main entrance.
