Villa Vendemmia, situated in a panoramic location along the hilltop town of Ravello, enjoys large terrace spaces divided on 4 levels.

The entrance to the property is through a private gate and down a private driveway where there are parking for several vehicles. On the right is a panoramic garden, to the left, on the lower deck, sits a very large swimming pool with diving board and slide with an abundant pool deck for sunbathing.

Various outdoor terraces with super-panoramic seating areas line the entrance into a triple living room. The first two sections of the living room enjoy sofas and chairs, a stone fireplace, Satellite TV, and views out onto the terrace. The third section enjoys a dining area with oval dining table for 6. Various antique furniture, lamps, and paintings line the room which is paved with hand-made ceramic tile floors.

The living room leads to the first, full bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchen, also off the far end of the living room has a large refrigerator/freezer, double sink, 5-range stovetop, oven, toaster, blender, microwave, and dishwasher. The terrace can also be accessed through the kitchen where a brick pizza oven and external dining area with granite dining table for 6 is situated. There is also a small storage area for dry goods and utensils off of the kitchen.

The opposite end of the living room lies a set of steps which bring you up to the main bedroom floor. The top floor features 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and a twin bedroom). The floors are lined with hand-made ceramic tiles from Vietri sul Mare.

The first double room enjoys a dresser and a closet and accesses a panoramic terrace directly overlooking the garden, swimming pool, and Mediterranean Sea. The second bedroom, with a large closet and dresser, accesses the same terrace directly. The third bedroom is a double on a pull-out couch, with access to the panoramic terrace, while the fourth is a true double with large closet and dresser. All four bedrooms share two large bathrooms with a double sinks, bathtub and separate shower.

The bedroom floor leads out and up a flight of steps to the dependence, which enjoys a panoramic double bedroom with a TV, dresser, ceramic floors, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom accesses a small terrace area that leads to yet another external dining space, situated on a panoramic top section of the garden.
