There are four bedrooms in Villa Alta, including a library room on the ground floor that has two queen/twin beds and a bathroom with shower. A flight of steps leads to the other bedrooms and an additional entrance that opens onto the public stair. The two large queen bedrooms on the second floor both feature marble bathrooms (one with a tub, the other with a shower), fireplaces, and TVs. These rooms open onto a stunning panoramic terrace with breathtaking views.

A spacious double living and dining room on the ground floor features a fireplace and French doors that open onto the private terrace. Off this terrace, there is an independent queen bedroom featuring an en suite bathroom with tub. The terrace features a covered outdoor dining area with stylish marble-topped iron café tables and sun chairs—the perfect spot to enjoy a casual meal or drink with friends while sharing the gorgeous sea views.

Villa Alta is a completely private setting made truly splendid by endless panoramic views of the coast across the sweeping bay of Positano and towards Punta Campanella. The villa is less than a mile from the lively attractions and sandy beaches of Positano. From the main coastal road, 150 wide steps lead to a large and spectacular terrace garden, brimming with flowering potted plants, trees, statues, and bronze wall sculptures.

The Positano town center provides all dining, entertainment, shopping and essentials. Amalfi, Sorrento, Capri, Salerno, Napoli and Ischia are all easily accessible by boat or hydrofoil.

LIVING SPACES:

Ground Floor: Large double living and dining room, both with fireplace and French doors opening to the private terrace. Very spacious eat-in fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and two electric ovens. Full bathroom with shower.

OUTSIDE FEATURES:

Terrace features an outdoor covered dining area, furnished with marble top iron café tables and sun chairs to enjoy the sea views. Beautiful private pool (10 x 5 m) and guest bathroom with shower also available in this area.
