This spectacular 10,000 square foot property is truly one of a kind; a 4-story tower located in the center of the Island of Ischia.

The property features several guest houses, an enormous garden and pool area with outdoor barbeque and pizza area, and a series of bedrooms and living room spaces connected by an elevator.

The tower bedroom, located on the top floor is like its own independent villa. Its a double bedroom unit with its own bath connects down a flight of steps, to the third floor, which features a second, double bedroom with TV and VHS recorder and en-suite bathroom with ceramic shower, a full living room with TV, two couches (one pulls out into a double bed), a kitchen with oven, 4-range stovetop, small refrigerator, and a dining table for 6. There is also a separate dining area for 4, and a full, second bathroom with bathtub. The living & bedrooms enjoy views out over the garden and pool area and is connected to a small terrace located up a flight of steps with a wonderful Sea view overlooking Naples and the islands.

The second floor, down a flight of steps from the tower, is where the majority of the bedrooms are located. There are three bedrooms on the 2nd floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. The first is a master double bedroom with antique family heirlooms dating back to the 18th Century. The bedroom is furnished with a dresser, large closet (located in the hallway), lamps, air conditioning/heating and great garden views. The en-suite bathroom is a large, brown tile bathroom with a double sink, separate shower and tub units, and a large vanity mirror and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom features 2 sets of twin trundle beds (one bed pulls out from under the other) and can sleep up to a total of 4 people. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning/heating and enjoys a full, green tile bathroom with separate shower and tubs and a double sink. The third double bedroom is a double with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, TV, small refrigerator and air conditioning/heating. The second floor also features a small terrace.

The entrance of the house is on the first floor, which takes you through a small floral foyer that goes either straight into the kitchen or into a large living and dining room. An open air format, the living room is divided into three living room areas, with various seating areas made up of large leather couches, chairs, coffee tables, a working stone fireplace, small cocktail table for 4 and a large marble pillar and glass dining table for 12. This beautiful living room blends into a room equipped like a pub – a full bar set-up with 3 bar stools, a bathroom, sink, small refrigerator; great for entertaining.

The large island kitchen features a 6-range stovetop, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, 2 hot plates, dishwasher, double oven, and internal barbeque/grill. The burners are set amongst a beautiful, handmade and hand painted ceramic tile backdrop. The dining area, set within the kitchen, enjoys a large stone dining table for 8, and flat screen TV and DVD player.

The first floor flows in an open format, weaving itself in and out of its different spaces, inside the house and also outside on a covered dining area with large glass dining table and seating for 12, as well as another external living room, covered in vines and complete with couches, chairs, and a coffee table.

The first guesthouse, located on the basement floor of the property, features three bedrooms and three baths. The first bedroom is a double bedroom with a full bathroom, while the second full bathroom, found up a ? flight of steps, serves as the personal bathroom for the twin bedroom found on the first floor. The first floor enjoys a living room with TV and DVD player, and entrance foyer living room with couch and chair, dining room with table seating 6, and an island kitchen with double oven, bar seating for 3, a seven range stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The third bedroom is a double with en-suite bath with bathtub. This guesthouse also enjoys a large, outside dining/lounge area with very big glass square table and ceramic bench and chair seating.

The second guesthouse (which can sleep up to 8) is located in the garden and consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The first, double bedroom, with external bathroom with shower, leads out into the living room with stone fire place, sofa, and dining table with 6 chairs. This room is air-conditioned. The living room is connected to the kitchen, which offers a 5-range stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and 3 small refrigerators. The kitchen leads into a bedrooms with 4 single beds, air conditioning/heating and bathroom with shower. The living room leads into the third double room, that is equipped with ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with bath-tub. This guesthouse also enjoys an external dining area with seating for 8 and glass table and small lounge area with big chairs.

Both guest houses enjoy a washing machine. The external gardens, about 1.5 acres in total offer space for everything from parking to parties. The pool deck features a pool house with bathroom and 2 showers. The large swimming pool has a slide and diving board and the area enjoys a small playground space with a swing set and slide. The pool deck extends to a large, covered barbeque and pizza dining area with a large pizza oven and 2 large grills. The dining area features a refrigerator/freezer, double sink area, and 4-range stovetop.
