The villa is a beautiful example of a classical, liberty style building and has been uniquely restored. Immersed in a beautiful green garden, the ground floor of the property offers a hall, opening onto a majestic living area that again opens onto a dining room which feeds into a visible kitchen. The dining area has a panoramic window overlooking the garden. The kitchen is a wonderful space, a true pleasure of colours and decorative tiles and boasts a 4 range stovetop, a double sink, an oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator and freezer.

Bedroom Details

Bedrooms are located on the first, second, and third floors and each can be reached comfortably directly from the villas private indoor elevator. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, 3 others on the second floor. There is a project for a 7th bedroom on the top floor, also reachable by elevator. Please enquire at booking about the timeline for this seventh bedroom.

Each room is different from the next with regards to color, floorings, and furniture. However, all are characterized by that touch of elegance and modern Mediterranean comfort that instils home; pieces recall local and national Italian artisan traditions, from the ceramic tiles of Vietri sul Mare to the Murano chandeliers, laid Carrara marble, and furniture from Sorrento.

The bedrooms vary in size from approx 22 sq. meters (220 sq. feet) to 42 sq. meters (420 sq. feet). The smaller rooms (two of them) can be either twin or king bedded rooms (as guests prefer) and each have several large, sound proof windows and en-suite bathrooms with showers.

Larger rooms (about 320 sq. feet; there are two of them) have either a small balcony or terrace which offer great sea views and the bedding can be either twin or king bedded rooms (as guests prefer). Both have sound proof windows and en-suite bathrooms with showers.

The largest bedrooms (420 sq. feet; there are two of them) have both an intimate lounge area as well as a balcony/terrace. Both can be either twin or king bedded rooms (as guests prefer) and enjoy sound proof windows and en-suite bathrooms with bath tubs.

The 7 bedrooms boast LCD TV’s, satellite TV, WI-FI internet, a safe, air conditioning and heat, as well as a telephone. All of the bedrooms can be kings or twin beds.

The 7 bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, bathrobes, complimentary toiletries and fine linen towels.

Garden and pool area:

The garden is a beautiful mix of citrus trees, succulent plants, and many different types of palms, some of which are more than a century old, Chicas groves, Camellias, and the like. The garden is very warm and welcoming. You can also enjoy a drink on the pool deck, have an aperitif on the terrace which faces the garden, or enjoy a snack under the naturally scented lemon trees or in the shade of the palms that abound.

The garden enjoys a lovely pizza oven, BBQ, and gazebo. The large pool (10 meters long x 5 wide and 1.5 – 2.70 m deep) is the perfect cool off on a hot summer day.
