Villa Teresa Amalfi Coast

Villa Teresa is the union between elegance and comfort, a real pearl located near the center of Sorrento in the area of the coast named Capo di Sorrento.

Villa Teresa is immersed in a very mature garden offering wonderful sea views and a large pool set on a paved terrace. The villa’s location is within a half mile from grocery stores, bus stops, restaurants and access to the sea. All guests will be offered a welcome buffet.

The villa is accessible through a private, electronic gate leading down a private driveway and onto the garden and the main entrance. Private parking (partly covered) with space for min. 2-3 cars is provided, as well as parking along the driveway for more. The villa is divided onto two levels, featuring air conditioning and heating throughout. Both the garden and the villa are cared for in every detail. Prestigious parquet alternated by terracotta tiles makes up the floors. Hand painted majolica tiles from Vietri sul Mare decorate the functional kitchen, and the largemosaic pool and garden are both adorned by beautiful potted flowers, olive trees, and Edera.

Garden area:
The villa is immersed in an extremely well kept garden overlooking the Gulf of Naples. 9 steps lead from the entrance down to a corner of the garden furnished with an iron table, 8 chairs and an umbrella. 21 steps take you further down to the pool. The pool deck features a full dressing room with tiled shower and toilet. A few steps further down lies the pool, set on a terrace. The pool area is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and has a patio covered by bamboo with an outdoor showe. Bar service can be organized by the pool during the stay, upon request.

Ground floor:
Large entrance with arches and outdoor patio furnished with wooden table and benches, ideal for outdoor dining or just for relaxing and enjoying the views. Access to the living and the dining room. The living room features a fireplace and satellite TV and is furnished with 2 sofas and a glass topped table as well as pieces of antique wooden furniture. The dining area has access onto the panoramic balcony through a set of French doors, furnished with a wooden table and 8 chairs. This floor features a well-equipped tiled kitchen with 5-range stovetop, oven, small electrical oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, American coffee machine, toaster and dishwasher. The kitchen has French doors with access into a garden space equipped with a barbecue and wooden oven for pizza. A wine cabinet with a good selection of both local and Italian wines are also located on the ground floor.

First Floor:
This floor is accessible by 19 steps from the ground floor and features a double bedroom with twin beds and built-in closet with French doors giving access out onto the panoramic balcony. Tiled bathroom with large mirror and shower cabin. A second double bedroom features built-in wardrobe with access onto a panoramic balcony. The master “Imperial” room is furnished with built-in wardrobe and dresser and enjoys a en-suite bath with Jacuzzi. The room as access to an independent terrace with a ceramic topped table and chairs for outside dining or relaxing.

Access: The villa is accessible through a private, electric gate.
