Villa Verde is located along the Tuoro hill about a 15-minute walk form the center of Capri.

The property can only be reached by foot along a small pedestrian pathway taking you through one of the main quarters of Capri, allowing you to admire magnificent corners, views, bell towers, and the Bay of Marina Piccola. Tuoro is an area away from the rush, usually only frequented by island natives; a real secluded location.

This beautiful three-story gem offers elegance, style, and complete privacy for a perfect vacation on the Island of Capri. Decorated with attention to every detail by its owner, a renowned interior decorator & designer, Villa Verde allows its guests to enjoy their stay in comfort amongst a very detailed and coordinated decor.

The property is reached from a pedestrian pathway in a residential area of Capri. Direct access is through the property’s private gate, up through its garden. Upon reaching the front door, entrance into the villa takes you into a small foyer where a Murano crystal chandelier awaits you.

The property offers 4 air conditioned bedrooms (3 doubles (king & queen size) and 1 single) each with en-suite bathrooms. The main floor consists of the foyer, kitchen, living room, dining room, and main terrace. The living room offers lively colors and great decor with comfortable u-shaped couches, satellite TV & DVD player, stereo, large mirrors, paintings, a brick fireplace and many decor pieces. There is also a grand piano in the corner.

The living room leads to the elegant dining room for 8. The dining room is accented by a large chandelier and fireplace. The outside lounge area features a large table and seating for 6, while the wonderfully furnished patio terrace is equipped with large couches, rocking chairs, tables and chairs, a ceramic chandelier and spectacular sea views all under the comfort of a large white Arabian tent.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, 5-range stovetop, washing machine, small TV, espresso machine and microwave and is bordered by a very elegant and colorful bathroom.

The first floor features the 3 main bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. All bedrooms are elegantly decorated with lovely bed linens & curtains, Murano glass light fixtures, carpets, and a range of strong, yet soft colors. Several of the bedrooms enjoy their own private terrace and all enjoy great views (as does almost every room in the Villa) of everything from the Mediterranean to the Baia of Marina Piccola and the center of the town of Capri.

The master bedroom enjoys its own foyer and baldachin bed, satellite TV and DVD player, as well as a marble fireplace to go along with its many statues and ornaments. The master bathroom enjoys a lovely bathtub with panoramic views and an elegant private terrace.

The basement floor enjoys access from the main floor as well as its own private entrance from one of the property’s many terraces. This floor boasts a studio which sleeps up to two guests on a French mattress. The studio features en-suite bathroom facilities, a private terrace with table, chairs, and chaise lounge chairs, Internet access hook-up (computer not provided), telephone, fax machine, and air conditioning.
