Large enough for a family reunion or private enough for an intimate get-a-away. There are 4 en-suite bedrooms in each villa. Each villas sleeps 8, for a total of 16 guests between the two villas. You can rent the villas independently of one another.

Located in Pelican Bay, the two homes are right on the ocean with views of St. Martin. There is a path to the beach which has exceptional snorkeling.

As you enter into the villa, past the lush gardens and tranquil fountain, ceiling to floor windows invite jaw-dropping ocean views into every room of the home.

The design of the home is sophisticated and contemporary. Built by an award winning developer in Chicago, the clean-crisp lines are pleasing to the eye. The generous great room surrounds you in glass bringing the water views and lush garden in. It has multiple seating areas, plus a dining room, perfect for entertaining or reading a good book. A European style kitchen is fully equipped with flat-panel, white lacquer cabinets, and cool sea foam countertops with premium appliances.
