Located in the Cove Bay, West End, Modena is nestled between Cap Juluca Hotel (Anguilla's flag ship) and Flags Luxury Resort and Golf Course. It sits on one acre of land, of which .60 acres is developed.

The Main House Consists of 3 Levels:

  1. BASEMENT, which is inclusive of maid's living quarters, laundry room, and a five-port garage.
  2. GROUND LEVEL, which is inclusive of a kitchen, living room, sitting room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with an outdoor shower and Jacuzzi).
  3. FIRST LEVEL, which consists of the master bedroom, master bathroom (with steam shower and double Jacuzzi) and a gym/relaxation room

The Club House Consists of 2 Levels:

  1. GROUND LEVEL, which consists of a sitting and bar area adjoining the tennis court .
  2. FIRST FLOOR, which consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

NOTE: Access to these levels is by a Cibes Lift / Elevator or via a 21ft x 36ft courtyard main entry.

Adjacent to the main house and club house are:

Barbeque area (with a full kitchen).

Small gazebo Pool (measuring 4.5 - 7 ft. in depth)
