Bananaquit was thoughtfully positioned on Pasture Bay Beach to benefit from the cooling Caribbean trade winds.

Every room in the open-style, family-oriented vacation villa rental is caressed by tropical breezes and features ceiling fans that eliminate the need for air-conditioning. The L-shaped estate offers a library and sitting room with TV and HiFi, a 15-metre pool, tennis court and deep poolside verandahs. The main bedroom suite includes a double shower, oversized bathtub and office/sitting room. This Caribbean rental features six more bedrooms: four with double beds, one with twin beds, and one with twin beds and two additional trundle beds. Cribs and bunk beds are available on request. Each private home offers a private housekeeper and chef.

Airport Transfers

A mandatory $60 per person transfer fee includes a welcome at V.C. Bird International Airport in Antigua and escort by private car or van to
the resort’s private ferry for the seven minute journey to Jumby Bay. The transfer fee also includes return transfer to V.C. Bird International
Airport in Antigua upon departure. Transfer fees are $30.00 roundtrip for children ages 2 – 12 years and complimentary for children under two
years of age. Airport transfer fees are subject to 10% service charge and 12.5% sales tax which remains subject to change.

  • Resort Annual Closure August 24, 2013 through October 7, 2013. Resort reopens on Monday October 7, 2013.
  • Nightly rates include a requisite meal plan ($250 per person, per night + tax and service) covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages/cocktails/house wine by the glass, use of water sports, two resort pools, three tennis courts, fitness center, croquet lawn and putting green. Rates are subject to change without notice. Nightly Rates are in US Dollars, based on double occupancy per bedroom. For extra guests, there is an additional charge.
  • Please Note, effective immediately for all bookings with travel dates beginning October 6, 2012. Maximum occupancy per room or suite is 3 guests. Additional Person Charges are applicable for the third guest. Extra Person Charges are as follows:
  • Winter 2013 (January 7, 2013 – April 6, 2013) Adult (over 12 years): $250 per night, Child (2-12 years): $210 per night, Under Two years: Complimentary
