This breathtaking and spacious beach villa offers a haven of privacy and relaxation.

The three air-conditioned bedrooms include two master suites with satellite TV, luxury bathrooms and private terraces, one with a king-size four-poster bed and one with queen-size beds. The third bedroom has two single beds and a private bathroom. The huge open-plan living space with vaulted ceilings offers both indoor and outdoor dining for eight, and a flat-screen satellite TV plus Internet access. The fully equipped modern kitchen is spacious and air-conditioned. The large private sundeck contains a unique 16x35 metre pool with direct access to the beach. The villa is privately staffed with its own maid and houseman and comes equipped with a bespoke golf buggy to tour the island.

Airport Transfers

A mandatory $60 per person transfer fee includes a welcome at V.C. Bird International Airport in Antigua and escort by private car or van to
the resort’s private ferry for the seven minute journey to Jumby Bay. The transfer fee also includes return transfer to V.C. Bird International
Airport in Antigua upon departure. Transfer fees are $30.00 roundtrip for children ages 2 – 12 years and complimentary for children under two
years of age. Airport transfer fees are subject to 10% service charge and 12.5% sales tax which remains subject to change.

  • Resort Annual Closure August 24, 2013 through October 7, 2013. Resort reopens on Monday October 7, 2013.
  • Nightly rates include a requisite meal plan ($250 per person, per night + tax and service) covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages/cocktails/house wine by the glass, use of water sports, two resort pools, three tennis courts, fitness center, croquet lawn and putting green. Rates are subject to change without notice. Nightly Rates are in US Dollars, based on double occupancy per bedroom. For extra guests, there is an additional charge.
  • Please Note, effective immediately for all bookings with travel dates beginning October 6, 2012. Maximum occupancy per room or suite is 3 guests. Additional Person Charges are applicable for the third guest. Extra Person Charges are as follows:
