This one acre compound is located at the top of Buccaneer Hill a couple of minutes walking distance from town and a five minute walk from the most beautiful beach on Eleuthera, French Leave. Shops and restaurants are also within a short walking distance.
The property consists of a two level main house and two guest cottages that can be rent with the house or separately.
The Belmont house is exclusive in every detail featuring traditional Bahamian architectural style while boasting unique contemporary furnishings, hardwood floors and high ceilings. The house has two levels with two large bedrooms, a wrap around upper terrace and two quaint separate guest cottages. All houses feature tastefully decorated modern interiors and top of the line furnishings, amenities and appliances. The modern airy peninsula kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher and Bosch oven). The house also features air conditioning, wireless internet, hi-fi stereo, cordless telephone, washer and dryer. Many of the pieces were custom made by an Italian architect and designer using dark and light woods and antique traditions.
