One of our most popular beach villas, Belair, a breezey 6 bedroom villa is situated literally on the beautiful beach at Mullins, St Peter.

This elegantly furnished villa can comfortably accommodate parties of up to 12 (8 in the main house and 4 in the cottage which is located behind the main house). Belair's dining terrace and adjoining sun deck offer a panoramic view of Mullins Bay and is the perfect place for quiet relaxing during the day, or star gazing at night.

The staff at Belair have been at the villa for many years and will do their utmost to ensure your visit is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

  • Descriptions: 4 in main house - 2 en suite, 1 bathroom shared by adjoining bedrooms, and 1 powder room.
  • 1 bathroom in cottage shared by both bedrooms.

Staff Details

  • Cook, Gardener, House keeper, Maid/Laundress, Night Watchman, Maid/laundress (3), Housekeeper/Cook prepares 2 meals per day, 6 days a week. The night Watchman is shared with the villa next door. Part-time Gardener

  • Most Barbados rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner – meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes. Please inquire about staffing at your villa at the time of booking.
