The two properties are part of the privately owned Church Point Villas, a charming set of detached vacation residences located in Folkstone, St. James, all especially designed to accommodate the needs of a vacationing group or family.

Decor is casual, colourful and geared towards comfort. Guests can gather in the spacious living areas, dine on sunny verandahs or relax over drinks in the garden. Both villas have two bedrooms - each fully air conditioned and equipped with a ceiling fan - that provides privacy and a cool, peaceful retreat. For additional convenience, each has a one bedroom self-contained cottage.

Staff Details

  • Cook, Gardener, Maid/Laundress and Security. Staff hours are 8:30am - 1:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm. Each staff member has one day off a week.

Barbados Villa Notes

  • Most Barbados rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner – meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes. Please inquire about staffing at your villa at the time of booking.
