Greensleeves is a one-of-a-kind tropical escape located beachfront in 13 acres of West Coast luxury in Barbados. Designed by the renowned Caribbean architect Ian Morrison, Greensleeves brings the tranquility and top class service of the Far East to the beachfront beauty of Barbados.

Enter through the Mongolian Temple doors to a spectacular oriental water garden with cascades and a waterfall where raised teak walkways meander through luxuriant tropical planting leading to the different dining, sitting areas and the bedrooms.

Accommodation consists of 8 bedroom suites (6 adult rooms and 2 specially outfitted children's rooms). There is an extensive free form swimming pool measuring 100 feet at it's widest point with sit-up sunken pool bar and sun deck.

Also includes a floodlit tennis court, fully equipped air-conditioned gym and home cinema.

  • Staff of 25 is overseen by a villa manager and includes butlers, chef, housekeepers, maids, gardeners and security officers.

  • Exquisite villa with wonderful sea views and access to two beaches from the 3 acre main house site. A 10 acre, landscaped park across the road from main house features a fish pond and floodlit tennis.
  • Free-form swimming pool (approx. 100 feet x 70 feet) with sunken wet bar and sun deck.
  • The Lanai, drawing room and dining room (which can seat up to 20) all open completely to pool and sea views. Outdoor terrace with tables and shaded by umbrellas suitable for outdoor dining.
  • All bedrooms have terraces and are equipped with: portable radio/CD players, mini-fridge, coffeemaker, kettle, bathrobes and wall safe.
  • Air-conditioned, large screen, home cinema with state-of-the-art stereo equipment. Includes DVD, DirecTV, Satellite dish. Comfortable theatre style seating for up to 20.
  • The main bedroom wing consists of three guest suites, all overlooking the pool and two children.
  • There are two further guest suites at the Southern end of the property with good sea views.
  • Air-conditioned home gym, floodlit tennis court, trampoline.
  • For larger parties, additional accommodation is available at adjoining 3 bedroom villa with pool - Blue Point.
  • Golf available nearby at Royal Westmoreland or Sandy Lane Hotel.
