Heronetta consists of four double, air-conditioned bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite. Two are in the main house and two are in the guest cottages near the main house.

There is a spacious living and dining area with high ceilings, terraces, library, a well equipped kitchen, laundry area and staff quarters. Cabana at the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Facility.
