With a private entrance and separate driveway, this one bedroom cottage features a large sitting/dining area which opens onto sides to a spacious uncovered terrace with great sea views.

The cottage may be rented separately or together with the 4 bedroom, exclusive Leamington Pavilion next door. There is a reef in front of Leamington Cottage and a sandy beach a few minutes walk either north or south of the property. The Cobblers Cove beach is a 5 minute walk north of the Cottage.

Construction Advisory

Please be advised that there is construction of four apartments on the adjoining property to Leamington Pavilion and Cottage. The actual site cannot be seen since the Pavilion is well screened from the adjoining development by shrubberies and a line of tall mature trees on Leamington's boundary. The Cottage is near the boundary and therefore closer to the site despite being right on the beach. Although the building's shell is now complete, we cannot guarantee that there will be total peace and quiet.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our Barbados villas. We will cover the base rental car cost for a 4 passenger economy car and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival.

Please mention BDS2012 at time of booking. Valid only on new reservations made February 15, 2012 through May 31, 2012. Valid on travel through December 15, 2012. 5 night minimum booking. Car rental will be delivered to the villa on day of arrival if before 5pm or the next day for late arrivals. Clients are responsible for 17.5% tax, gas, mandatory liability insurance and Barbados driver’s license. Promotion subject to availability & change. Car will be based on availability. Should economy car type be unavailable, we will cover the base cost of a car rental up to $300/week. No cash value will be provided if rental car is available. Upgrades and additional vehicles are available at an additional cost. The rate for the base car rental on the first vehicle will be deducted from the cost of the upgraded vehicle.
