The villa is located on the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate and has one of the most sought after positions on the ridge. Point of View stands on 1.92 acres of well manicured and designed gardens.

There are four double bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite, powder room, lily pond with walk over bridge, large and airy living and dining room with many patios, two gazebos, pool and rest areas around the gorgeous serene gardens, all of which have wonderful views.
