Sundown Villa is located within close proximity to Mullins Beach, which can be clearly seen from the estate. In fact, three of the four bedrooms actually give quite a delightful view of the nearby Mullins Beach.

All four bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with ensuite bathrooms. Decorated to perfection, this villa contains some of the most advanced technological devices including plasma screen televisions, DVD players, provision for high speed internet access and many other technologically advanced devices. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom upstairs have King size beds. 3rd bedroom upstairs has two Queen size beds and the 4th bedroom downstairs has a Queen size bed.

There is a glorious outdoor pool and shower, and for outdoor dining there is a gazebo equipped with an 8 seater dining table and barbeque grill.

For your additional comfort there is an outdoor hammock where you can relax and forget all your worries.

We are pleased to offer a complimentary car rental on new villa reservations for any of our Barbados villas. We will cover the base rental car cost for a 4 passenger economy car and delivery of the car to your villa upon arrival.

Please mention BDS2012 at time of booking. Valid only on new reservations made February 15, 2012 through May 31, 2012. Valid on travel through December 15, 2012. 5 night minimum booking. Car rental will be delivered to the villa on day of arrival if before 5pm or the next day for late arrivals. Clients are responsible for 17.5% tax, gas, mandatory liability insurance and Barbados driver’s license. Promotion subject to availability & change. Car will be based on availability. Should economy car type be unavailable, we will cover the base cost of a car rental up to $300/week. No cash value will be provided if rental car is available. Upgrades and additional vehicles are available at an additional cost. The rate for the base car rental on the first vehicle will be deducted from the cost of the upgraded vehicle. May not be combinable with other offers; additional rental car terms and conditions may apply.
