Built on 33,000 sq. ft. of land, Tom Tom is a substantial house of 10,250 sq. ft, situated on a ridge overlooking the beautiful West coast of Barbados in the district of St James within the private gated neighborhood of the Calijanda Estate.

Early Bird Special

This recently built 5 bedroom, Balinese-style home, was designed by London architect, Harper Downie, and was completed in late 2007. Set on approximately ½ acre (34,000 sq. ft.) of land, this spacious 7,500 sq. ft. house is located in the secure gated community of Calijanda Estate opposite Royal Westmoreland and is within a 5-minute drive of Holetown with its local restaurants, shops and beaches.

Tom Tom offers lavish entertaining areas and is furnished in an elegant Indonesian-style, which is complemented by Portuguese marble, granite, limestone and unique handmade Balinese stone carvings. The accommodation incorporates a 50 ft. reception room that leads on to an expansive terrace overlooking a stunning 20-meter infinity-edge pool to the ocean beyond. The fully fitted custom-built kitchen with breakfast area opens out to the poolside dining pavilion.

Four spacious bedroom suites, each with their own bath/shower room, are positioned on the ground floor; two of the bedrooms feature private uncovered tub baths in addition to personal tropical courtyards, while another has its own intimate terrace. The formal living room, 2 casual sitting rooms, a media room, powder room and shower room complete the accommodation on the ground floor.

The master suite, which is located on the 1st floor, enjoys 180 degree views of the breathtaking Caribbean Sea. It features an en suite bathroom as well as a study/sitting room, which could easily be used as an additional bedroom.

  • Most Barbados rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner – meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes. Please inquire about staffing at your villa at the time of booking.
