It is one of the most important Grand Manor Houses in France, which has been continually inhabited for 500 years. A documented history exists dating back to 1344!

As well as a private pool and tennis court, the 100 acre estate includes a small chapel, disused but charming, a 15th century dovecote, a lake and apple orchard. It is perfect for anyone seeking privacy and peace.

A local traiteur can normally prepare delicious meals - suckling pig or wonderful fresh Breton lobsters and much more - you will be spoiled by choice! The lively summer resort of Audierne offers a wide choice of restaurants and cafes.There is a wide sandy beach at St Tugen, only 1 mile from the estate.

MANOR HOUSE :
The manor house has a large fully fitted kitchen. There is a Grand Salon with a TV and DVD and a Grande Salle de Banquet as both salons have large fireplaces. There are 5 large doubled bedrooms, 2 of them can be made into twin beds. They all have ensuire bathrooms. There is an additional 2 single bedrooms in this house.

GARDEN WING :
In the garden wing you will find and open floor plan that offers a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. There is a large double bedroom and another large double/twin bedroom with both having bathrooms.

TOWER :
The tower offers a large kitchen, living room and dining room. The living has a TV, DVD and a grand fireplace. There is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with both having ensuite bathrooms.

GROUNDS:
100 acre estate with private swimming pool and tennis court. Please note there is a pond within the estate.
