Nestled in a true waterfront village in Marina Papagayo, a word class yacht-club and marina, Casa Zar offers an infinity edged waterfront pool as well as waterfront gym, restaurant, and business center. Luxury shopping and dining are a short drive away. Access to Club Papagayo and Prieta Beach Club are included. Guests can take advantage of the Arnold Palmer designed golf course, tennis, spa facilities and gorgeous Prieta white sand beach. The Prieta Beach Club & Spa also hosts the Peninsula Discovery Program which tailors excursions and outdoor learning programs for the entire family.

The modern clean-lined design is reminiscent of a ship's prow and encloses a 500 square foot balcony separated from the interior only by its sliding glass walls. The transition from indoor to outdoor living is seamless and the design takes full advantage of panoramic views of the marina and bay.

Guests enter the spacious foyer directly from the private elevator. The foyer leads to the open plan fully equipped kitchen, adjacent dining area and indoor and outdoor living rooms. Spaces are ample with vaulted ceilings and modern, tasteful and comfortable furnishings.

Under its jutting prow, Caza Zar also offers two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite marble bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two full beds and en-suite marble bathroom. Both bedrooms open to roomy private balconies with lovely water views. There is an additional guest bathroom and the entire residence is air conditioned for added comfort.

For groups or larger families, Casa Zar can be combined with Casa Zarina to provide a roomy 4 or 5 bedrooms with private elevator access. Guests can also arrange for use of the Zara Sport Fishing Yacht.
