The residence villas are a golf cart ride or a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Resort's pools, beaches, restaurants and other facilities.

These air-conditioned residence villas feature a Great Room with ceiling fans, a home entertainment centre with DVD and CD player, a printer/copier/fax machine and high-speed Internet access. They also feature 102 square meters (1,100 square feet) of outdoor living space. The well-equipped kitchen features Guatemalan almendro wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. All bedrooms have king size beds, ceiling fans and a stylish armoire with television and DVD player; secondary bedrooms also offer a private refrigerated bar. Each full marble bathroom features a deep soaking tub, dual vanity, separate enclosed shower and WC.
