The villa sits atop a commanding mesa above the Rancho Pacifico clubhouse complex. It is surrounded by large banana palms and 6 foot haliconias (birds-of-paradise), offering privacy with full views to the Pacific and Whale's tail. It's exposed wooden beams and columns enhance the zen-modern architecture.

The 1450+ square foot villa feels open with protection provided by folding wooden doors and closable windows. The living room is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling screen walls allowing full appreciation of the surrounding jungle landscape and its resident birds and monkeys. Eight high output ceiling fans provide comfortable breezes everywhere.

Sleeping is a sensual event - either in the upstairs, tree-house guest suite or in the deck adjoined master-suite. Both feature large windows which facilitate a close relationship to the tropical wilderness and its cd quality audio effects. The jungle sings you to sleep while the monkeys and birds call you to a new day every morning.

The master suite features its own bamboo-accented large front terrace, humidity controlled armoire, stone bathroom with double his and hers shower, Pillow-top platform bed, and a walkout deck from the shower to the bamboo encircled spa-garden. The spa-garden contains tropical flowers, a stone and tile soaking tub, outdoor shower and a private deck for spa treatments.

The second master-sized bathroom is mostly sunwashed beige stone and has two vessel sinks with modern Italian faucets. The shower is a dream come-true; plenty of room for two with 2 tropical rain shower heads, and large portal overlooking the aqua plunge pool and waterfall.

A large living room area shades you while still allowing you to absorb the views and sounds from your rattan chairs, modern Italian sleep sofa and hammock. A large sun-deck off the living room engages the sweeping ocean view inviting hours of reading and relaxation. A rhododendron filled entry garden leads you to an intimate oval plunge pool - offering a cooling dip amidst tropical splendor and flowers.

The kitchen and dining room offer seating for 8 and feature a stone countertop/bar, stove and oven, full size refrigerator, stainless microwave and all the dishes, utensils and deluxe glassware anyone could possibly need for a world-class vacation fiesta.
