This large and luxurious house is located on a flat plateau, with spectacular views overlooking the sea at Gigaro and Isle de Levant, the neighboring vineyards and the hills.

Infact the area is officially designated as a Site Remarquable and remarkable it is, as an official site of outstanding beauty. The 750 sq m property is set in 10 hectares of attractive gardens and woodlands. It is totally secluded, the nearest house being over 300 metres away, the house is south facing with a 50m front and 70m back garden, the center piece of which is a 19 x 8m covered pool surrounded by a tiled terrace and palm trees.

The interiors of the house have been decorated and furnished in a very understated, yet very stylish and welcomimg way.The feeling of space and light prevail throughout.

Amenties of the house include; tennis court, table tennis table, air hockey table, air-conditioning throughout, Internet [wi-fi] access, computer games, DVD, Sky satellite TV, summer kitchen with BBQ, all 7 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Accommodation

Ground floor

Entrance into a very spacious living room and open-plan dining room with high ceilings, two sided mezzanine balcony, comfortable sofas and dining room table. To the right of the entrance is the kitchen with central console bar, which is fully equipped with Westhal gas hob, central wok, Gaggenau oven, microwave, double sink, coffee machine, plancha, 2 fridges, freezer and dishwasher. Access through double doors to summer kitchen with BBQ and sink, round dining table opening onto a pretty terrace with pergola.

On this floor there is also a TV room and to the left of the entrance there are three bedrooms. The first is a twin with garden view and en-suite bathroom with shower, double basin and WC. The second is also a twin with en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. The third is a standard double with a mezzanine floor that has a single bed that could sleep another adult or child. Again this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

First floor

There are two further bedrooms on this floor. The first is a double with Queen size bed, Plasma TV and sea views, it has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, double basin and WC. The other bedroom, considered the Master with 210m bed, Plasma TV, balcony with sea and countryside views, has an en-suite bathroom with free standing bath, shower, double basin and WC.

Lower ground floor

On this floot there is the laundry room which is accessed from the kitchen. There are also two further bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom with King size bed. Plasma TV, access to the garden and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. The last bedroom has twin beds with en-suite bathroom and shower, basin and WC. With no views or outdoor access, this room works for children or a nanny. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
