Bel Horizon - PR511 Cote D'Azur

Villa Bel Horizon enjoys a privileged position overlooking vineyards to the Mediterranean sea.

The terraced grounds provide many paved seating areas from which to admire these sweeping views, while inside the villa is well equipped and comfortably furnished. La Croix Valmer is situated across the headland from St. Tropez. The nearest beach is just a short drive along a lane surrounded by vineyards. Explore the Cote d'Azur, the quieter coastline to the west of St. Tropez which has several small coves, or foray through inland France and experience the numerous small villages and local restaurants.This villa near St Tropez is only two miles from the beach and twenty minutes from Pampelonne Bay.

Ground floor:

There is a fresh, modern living room with 4 French doors that lead onto a patio and covered terrace. There is a fireplace with a TV, CD and DVD. The dining room has a large table with seating for up to 12 people. The French doors open onto a covered terrace. The recently refurbished kitchen exits onto the patio.

There is a double bedroom with French doors onto a rear patio with an ensuite bathroom and WC. The master double bedroom with ensuite shower and WC, opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool. There is a guest shower and WC on this floor. Narrow steep wooden steps lead to the lower ground floor.

Lower Ground Floor:

This lower ground floor is apartment sytle with French doors that lead onto a paved area near the pool. There is a small kitchen with an open floor plan and living area. There are two small twin bedrooms with a shower room that can be accessed externally.

Grounds:

The grounds are enclosed with mainly paved areas with extensive plants and foilage. There is a covered terrace with barbecue and a pool on the lower level with a terrace.

  • Toulon Hyeres airport 34 miles. Beach 2 miles. Golf at Gassin 4 miles. Ramatuelle & Pampelonne Bay (Club 55) 20 mins.
