Bleu Littoral Cote D'Azur

This is a modern and elegant villa, overlooking the coast at Gigaro, close to La Croix Valmer village and with direct access to Vergeron beach.

It is located in a peaceful and private domaine, it has a fair sized garden, the center piece of which, is a teak surround 12 x 5m heated and stepped swimming pool. The wonderful views of the sea are prevalent throughout the property.

The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard in white and neutral tones, as befitting its contemporary heritage, whilst some of the bedrooms, benefit with the addition of some warmer colours.

Accommodation

First floor:

The entrance to the house is on the first floor. The open-plan living area is large, with comfortable furniture, a fireplace and sea views of the bay of Gigaro. To one one side of the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen with features, that include; 3 gas hobs, 2 induction hobs, 2 ovens, steam oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Plancha, wine cooler and small dining table. There are French windows that surround the house with access to the teak terrace, with outdoor dining and seating areas. Guest WC. The Master bedroom, which is located off the living area, has a 180cm bed, 2 dressing rooms, TV and en-suite bathroom with, bath, shower, basin and separate WC. It also has access, through French windows, to the terrace that runs along the house.

Ground floor:

Stairs from the living area lead to a spacious room with large screen TV and comfortable armchairs. To one side, there is access to a double bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. This is the only bedroom without air-conditioning. Next, is the laundry room, which has 2 washing machines, a dryer and extra fridge freezer. Opposite, there are 3 further bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower, basin and WC. The bedrooms have; a circular, a 180cm and two 90cm beds. All the bedrooms have French windows leading to the garden.
