If you are looking for a family beach holiday, then look no further. A lovely villa to call your own, a sandy beachfront and all just a short walk to the local village.

Little ones can while away the hours with their bucket and spade, while you relax and enjoy a good book. And when the sandcastles are built and the mid-day sun is too hot, creep into the shade at the beachside café and enjoy a light lunch, or perhaps just an ice cream. Le Lavandou is known as ' La Station aux 12 sables' , and there are indeed 12 beautiful beaches, each with their own character and, it is said, sands of a slightly different hue. St Clair' s beach is long and golden, with z boat and pedalo hire, parasol and sunbed hire and even children' s swimming lessons. Travel just a little further to find lots more watersports on offer. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from just a 60 metre stroll from the villa, and Le Lavandou is only 15 minutes walk along the coast with a beautiful harbour and fishing port, restaurants serving the catch of the day and beautiful Mediterranean botanical gardens to enjoy. Or just take a boat trip to St Tropez.

  • Bedroom #3 - Nursery/child' s room (cot/child' s bed) French door to garden (with safety grill). Shower room with toilet & sink
  • First floor: Bedroom #4 - Double bedroom (1.60m), beach view
  • Bedroom # 5 - Double bedroom (1.40m). Shower room with toilet

Beach Details

  • Access to sandy beach through the garden and across the one way beach road (approx. 50 meters total).

Pool Details

  • No pool - Directly across the road from the beach are enclosed private gardens with mature indigenous trees and plenty of flat lawn area for children to play.

Staff Details

  • 3 hours maid service on Tuesdays and Saturdays

Villa Notes

  • All water sports available locally, inc. pedalo hire & children's swimming lessons
  • Telephone is available at an extra cost
  • The owners live in a neighboring villa, which is accessed via a shared driveway at the end of the garden. It is screened with mature shrubs and trees. This also serves as the owners path to the beach.
