This very attractive villa is situated on a hillside in the area of Ramatuelle and enjoys fantastic sweeping views over the countryside to Cap Taillat, Cap Camarat and the sea.

Beautifully decorated with modern furniture, the interiors are very light and spacious with high beamed ceilings, warm yellow walls and terracotta floors. The large living room has glass doors opening to an internal courtyard on one side, and to a terrace with dining and sitting areas facing the garden and the pool on the other side. All rooms are in immaculate condition and offer every comfort, including the large billiard room downstairs with its bar and sitting area.

To the front of the house stretches a large garden on three levels, with olives trees, lavender and shrubs. On the lowest level in a wonderful position, is a large swimming pool which can be heated on request.

This property is ideal for a large family or a group of friends requiring considerable comfort and great living space, in beautiful surroundings within minutes of all beaches and St Tropez village.
