This is a comfortable villa set in 8 acres of secluded and peaceful wooded grounds. Mature cork oaks provide cool shade in the summer months. The pool, set among terraces of olive trees, affords spectacular views over the surrounding Fort des Maures (a National Park) and towards the distant hills.

Facing West, as the pool does, you can sunbathe or take your evening cocktail until the last rays of the setting sun vanish over the far horizon. Alternately, the wisteria-clad terrace with ramade, on the East side of the villa, provides shady seating with views to the Bay of St Tropez. Terraces surround the house, affording privacy and quiet. Meals in the summer can be taken under a covered terrace, just off the kitchen, where a table seating 14 makes for long and cool evenings.

The interior of the spacious villa is comfortably furnished with French antiques which, combined with English comfort, provides a perfect place for a restful, luxurious holiday. At the same time, the bustling market town of Cogolin, a 5 minute drive away, contains excellent shopping facilities.

The beaches of Pampelonne and St Tropez are some 15 kms drive, but nearer at hand Port Grimaud and the Bay of St Tropez provide all the water entertainment and night life you could wish for. The villa comes with 2 live-in staff.

Large entrance hall leading to a spacious living room with fireplace and with French windows opening onto a terrace with pergola. A few steps lead to a dining room opening onto a covered terrace. A fully equipped modern kitchen opens onto a covered dining terrace which can sit up to 14 guests. Office with WIFI internet access.

First Floor:

Air conditioned Master bedroom with 4 poster, king-size, antique bed; 3 French windows with superb views, dressing room, bathroom with separate shower. Separate WC. Private terrace with outside shower. 1 air conditioned double bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite shower room opening onto a terrace. 1 air conditioned twin/double bedroom, en-suite bath and shower room opening onto a shaded terrace. Shared WC.

Lower Floor:

2 twin double bedrooms with independent access sharing a shower room and opening onto a shaded terrace.
