This very traditional and pretty villa is situated in Le Rouret and stands on 9000m2 of land. It enjoys beautiful views over the countryside to the sea from Antibes to Eze.

This villa has recently been renovated with taste and originality, to create a warm, cosy property full of character. The open plan dining room and kitchen, open directly onto a covered terrace with an outside dining area facing the large and attractive swimming pool. The large living room offers two sitting areas and opens directly onto a terrace, under a pergola, with outdoor seating and dining areas to enjoy the beautiful sea views. All of the villa’s bedrooms have en-suite facilities and have been decorated in different styles with different themes (Provence, Morocco, Africa…) All in all, this is the perfect place to have a relaxing holiday in a peaceful and quiet area of the French Riviera.

GROUND FLOOR:

Few steps going down to the living room: 1 sitting area by the fireplace and 1 sitting area by the TV - all open onto a terrace with a Pergola and sea views. Open plan kitchen and dining room with fully equipped kitchen and large dining table seating up to 12 people - opening onto covered terrace facing the garden and the pool. Indian bedroom with a twin/double bed, en-suite bath and shower room. Small study room with internet connection, printer...Pantry and storage room - Fully equipped gym and music room.

FIRST FLOOR:

Arizona bedroom with a twin/double bed and en-suite bathroom - Morocco bedroom with a twin/double bed and en-suite shower room - Africa bedroom with a twin/double bed and en-suite bath and shower room Provence bedroom (Master bedroom) with a double bed, en-suite bath and shower room, dressing room and private terrace with sea views.

  • Chef can also be organized for an extra 1,500 euros per week
