Gigaro Paradise Cote D'Azur

The Villa is situated on a private domain in a quiet and idyllic location in the Gigaro area which has wonderful beach restaurants that can be reached by a 10 minute walk through a palm tree bordered path.

The nearest shopping is a Spar supermarket and all the amenities in La Croix Valmer village, including a local market on Sunday. The Spa of Chateau Valmer is a few minutes walking distance and is equipped with gym, sauna and hammam.

The villa is built in the traditional style with plastered walls and wooden shutters, which keep the house cool on hot summer days. Situated close the beach, the palm tree pathway creates an enchanting walk along a sandy path. Outside there is a spacious stone terrace and a pool surrounded by teak area and garden. The pool is 10 x 5m in a T shape with steps at either side.

The property has modern and contemporary feel throughout, with stone tiled floors and neutral cream and beige walls, it is spacious with light filtering throughout the house. The minimalist decor and fittings is stylishly sophisticated. The entrance is through an open plan contemporary kitchen, through dining room and living room. The fully equipped Kitchen has all modern appliances and a breakfast bar. From the lounge there is an opening to the terrace with three French doors and a large dining table comfortably sitting eight people. The house comes with amenities such as a Digital TV, books to read and air-conditioning in two bedrooms.

Accommodation:

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with shower room en-suite and WC. Which opens, through French windows, to the side terrace at the front of the house.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom, bath, shower, W.C and a corner sitting area and large French windows opening onto a private terrace.

There are a further 3 bedrooms: 2 twins and 1 double sharing a bathroom with bath, basin and W.C There is a separate wet/shower room, all overlooking the garden and pool.
