This stylish modern villa is located in the coastal village of Le Trayas.
Villa La Corniche, which is 280 sq m in size, is situated high on a hillside above the village with sweeping sea views with La Figuerette beach laid out below. The house was built just two years ago to a high standard and has a very open, white, light and comfortable feel. It has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, satellite TV, DVD, Hi-fi and Internet access.

Entrance at top of the property is through automatic security gates. There is a parking area and a double garage.
Steps lead down to the main open-plan living, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen area, with American fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and espresso machine. Large glass windows open on to the pool and terraces, all with sea views. There is an attractive wooden deck with BBQ and sun loungers surrounding the triangular shaped 10 x 5m swimming pool.
On the same level there is a Master bedroom with 160cm bed with doors leading to the terrace, it has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC and views of the sea. There is a second double bedroom with 160cm bed on this floor, with sea views and doors again leading to the terrace. Separate WC.
On the next level down there is a sitting room with sofa bed opening on to a large shaded terrace. There is a utility room with washing machine. There are two double bedrooms opening on to the terrace, one with en-suite shower room. There is separate bathroom with shower and separate WC.
Location Details
- Lying west of Cannes, this small quiet village nestles among the red rock and deep green pines of the Corniche de L`Esterel, overlooking the dazzling blue sea.
- At the water’s edge there is a small sandy beach, the National Park de L'Esterel lies behind the village, with over 200 kilometres of hillside walks and mountain bike trails amid magnificent scenery.
