This five bedroom 180 sq.m villa has recently been renovated to a very high standard and is located on the lanes between Ramatuelle and La Croix Valmer making it a convenient and stress free base to explore the region or just lazing in the sun overlooking the vineyards to the sea.
It is only two kilometers from the center of La Croix Valmer village with its shops, restaurants and regular local markets and the same distance from the beaches and restaurants at Gigaro. Heraclee and Gigaro beaches are only a short stroll through the grapes and the beaches of Pampelonne and Saint Tropez are a quick 15 minutes drive on back roads.
The Villa has been renovated so as to maximize its space and has many patio doors and windows which make it a wonderful house for summer living. The decor is a simple elegant mixture of Provencal and contemporary furnishings mostly in beige and pastel on beautifully tiled floors on the ground floor. The wooden floors on the first floor and in the bedrooms make for a warmer ambience with all rooms having plenty of light and in the Master bedroom the patio doors lead to the balcony which affords a unique view down to the sea.
Air-conditioned throughout, this is a wonderful villa for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, as well as being a short drive from the glamour of Saint Tropez. It is only a couple of minutes drive away from La Croix Valmer where you can experience the more gentle life of a Provencal village. All the facilities for water sports, golf and almost any other activity are all within a thirty minute drive.
The villa has a front tiled terrace leading to a decking area around the 8 x 5m salt water and alarmed pool that can be heated on request. The terraced garden is pretty and has a tiled terrace to the side which benefits from the evening sun with facilities that include BBQ and dining table and chairs.
