This spacious, modern villa is set in rural surroundings amongst the pine trees in the hills behind Pampelonne Beach.
It is a quiet, peaceful location, accessed by an unsealed road, and with views over the countryside of trees and vineyards. There are views of the sea from the first floor terraces.
To the front of the house the rooms open to a spacious ground floor terrace, furnished with sun loungers, and leading to a lawn with swimming pool (10 x 4m), with a separate Jacuzzi at one end. The far end of the pool has a glass wall feature, with overflow effect. At the other end of the terrace is a very large covered outdoor ‘room’ with beamed ceilings, sofas, chairs and a huge dining table.
The rooms are very well furnished and equipped, including satellite television, video and music system. The living room is particularly spacious and light with high beamed ceilings and large glass doors opening to the terrace. There are unprotected stairs from the living room to the master bedroom, and a gallery overlooking the living room. All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the first floor bedrooms being on the whole, of a higher standard than the ground floor bedrooms.
Ground Floor:
Kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser and breakfast bar, opening to terrace. Guest WC. Laundry. Staff quarters. Living room, opening to terrace. Double bedroom (small double French bed) opening to terrace, and with en-suite shower room. Double bedroom, opening to terrace, and with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
First Floor:
Stairs lead from one end of the living room to the master bedroom with king-size bed and opening to a private terrace with sea views. Large en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. Dressing room to one side (with an extra single bed, suitable for a child). Stairs lead from the other end of the living room to: Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, opening to a private terrace with sea views.
