This spacious villa has a superb location, in the L'Oumède area, in the hills above Pampelonne Beach.
Quiet and private, the property is accessed by a one kilometre unsealed road, and surrounded by trees. From the house and garden, there are lovely views over the countryside to the sea. Pampelonne Beach is just a few minutes drive away.
The accommodation consists of a main house and an adjacent pool house, which has two additional bedrooms. The main house opens up to a front covered terrace with seating and dining areas overlooking the swimming pool and garden, and the views beyond. The bright and spacious rooms have recently been redecorated throughout.
The house is surrounded by a very well maintained garden with a great variety of shrubs and flowers. The front terrace leads to a small lawn, then to the pool terrace with swimming pool (14 x 6m). Both the swimming pool and garden can be floodlit at night. There is covered parking and an alarm system.
