Le Chemin Cote D'Azur

Once inside the gates of Le Chemin, you’ll forget that you are five minutes from the center of St. Tropez and steps from the beach.

This luxurious villa is located on the route des Salins in a residential area, just 5 minutes drive from the St Tropez centre and only a few steps from the beach. This large house between the sea and the countryside is a perfect spot to welcome friends or family alike. There is a remote control gate with videophone opening onto a large driveway with a fountain and a very large parking area to the side. There is a tennis court at the other end surrounded by trees and floodlights, perfect for evening games. The house has been entirely renovated and offers superb modern reception rooms with high ceilings and magnificent landscaped gardens.

There are two sets of tables and chairs outside to accommodate large groups staying here. There is a lounge area under the covered terrace outside and another two lounge areas with large sofas and cushions. There is also a hammock. The pool house has a shaded terrace, shower and toilet, as well as a fridge, plastic glasses and plates. The large pool has 12 sun loungers and there is a Pétanque court with pergola, table and chairs. There is also a swing and slide playing area for children on the grounds.

Ground Floor

The large entrance door leads into a spacious hallway with a majestic staircase lit by a beautiful chandelier. To the left, there is a living room with fireplace, large corner sofas, recliner and armchairs, opening onto the dining room that comfortably seats 12 people. The separate fully equipped kitchen has an oven, gas cooker with 5 hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a table and chairs, TV screen and French doors opening to the terrace and garden. A laundry room is at the back of the main kitchen with a washing machine and dryer.An office with a bedroom is at the other end with separate access to the garden, an en suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment and satellite TV.

To the right of the entrance, there is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment, separate WC, satellite TV. Another double bedroom here has a TV and DVD, en- suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment and WC. There is also a spacious children’s playroom / TV room with access to a large DVD collection.

First Floor

On the first floor there is a Master bedroom with sitting area, TV and satellite facility, safe, en-suite bathroom with round bath and large shower. There are two more bedrooms on this floor, both with en -suite bathrooms with bath and shower attachment, TV and DVD facility. Separate WCs.
