When you walk through the door of this seventh floor apartment , you will feel you have been transported into seventh Heaven, as its calm and tranquillity wash over you. You will immediately be drawn to the terrace to take in the superb views over the roofs of Cannes and gaze out on to the Mediterranean and the magnificent boats. You can walk everywhere from this apartment. Located barely five minutes from the station and ten from the Palais des Festivals, you will forget about your car - safe in the property's secure parking area - and find that you can walk everywhere from here.

The 115 m2 apartment consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a modern and well-appointed kitchen. Its terrace, which faces east, is ideal to enjoy breakfast on in the morning sun. There is a heating ring, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine that are all supplied and some of these appliances are located in the laundry room. Most of the furniture is made of white lacquer and there is a lot of storage room available. The WiFi system ensures you can access the internet from every room, whilst two flat screens allow you to choose from close on 100 channels.
