This lovely and very comfortable, spacious family house is located in the midst of beautiful and peaceful countryside in the hills, just below the pretty village of Gassin and just 6 kms from St Tropez.

Surrounded by vineyards and woodland, at the end of a country track, the entrance of the property reveals a very attractive terraced garden of nearly 2 hectares in size, which features a large 7 x 16m swimming pool. There are large gravel terrace areas to the front and sides of the house, where one can dine outside or simply take advantage of the Mediterranean sunshine, while enjoying the impressive views of the countryside.

The house is decorated and furnished in a very relaxed, easy on the eye style. Muted colours are the order of the day, mixed with exposed beams, attractive floor tiles and wooden floor boards. Above all else there is a feeling that this is a real home with space to breathe.

Accommodation

Ground floor:

The entrance hall of the house has separate guest WCs, and leads through to the large open-plan dining and living room. This light, high ceiling room opens up onto the garden and terraces through large French windows. The living room features two large, comfortable sofas with matching armchairs and working fireplace, while the dining area is very well sized.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, toaster, juicer, espresso machine and fridge freezer with ice-dispenser. Off the kitchen, there is a laundry room with dryer and washing machine. There is a large Master bedroom on this floor with 180cm bed, TV and en-suite bathroom, with bathtub, shower and WC.

First floor:

On the first floor there are 4 more bedrooms: 3 of which are doubles with en-suite shower room & basin and 1 twin bedroom with en- suite shower room, basin and WC. There are 2 separate WCs on this floor.

Guest house:

To the side of the main house, there is a recently renovated Guest house, comprising of 2 additional bedrooms, one of which is a double, the other a twin and a bathroom with shower, basin and WC. The Guest house configuration would be ideal; for 2 adults and young children, teenagers or alternatively, staff.
